I started wrestling in eighth grade, and it was the best decision of my highschool career. I did multiple sports growing up, but I never stood out or excelled in them. Wrestling changed that; it was the first sport I was passionate about and great at. I love learning new techniques to better my skills and learning from my mistakes. I also enjoy watching my peers wrestle and coaching them when I can. Since wrestling became an integral part of my life, I wanted to continue after highschool.
I believe in getting out as much as you put in. At home, school, or sporting events, I give everything I have. This attitude is evident in my grades, my results at tournaments, and my character everywhere I go. At school, I am maintaining a 4.00 GPA and I am part of the President's Honours Society for achieving an average of 90% or greater. I enjoy pushing myself to the limit and working the hardest in the room.
Other than wrestling, my primary goal at university is to receive a bachelors degree, majoring in psychology. My long-term goal is to become a detective for the Vancouver Police Department.
