I aspire to compete in wrestling at the collegiate level. I want to take and use my experience to excel and work hard for my school. I am a team leader and definitely a team player. I work hard at going above and beyond the expectations I set for myself and also set by my coaches. My 2022 Sophomore season I was able to achieve my goal of qualifying for the Masters Tournament. I also qualified for the Masters as a Junior. I dropped a weight class to compete.
I am currently a member of a wrestling club 7 Virtues and I am learning Freestyle and Greco. I have competed every week in tournaments and was able to medal every week in the top 3 in Freestyle, Greco and Folkstyle. I have also qualified in the state Freestyle and Greco tournaments in Fresno, California.
I strive to work hard in my academics and keep on top of my GPA. I am looking forward to keeping my 3.5+ GPA throughout high school. I am also a Firefighter Cadet at our local fire station.
