I have wrestled for most my life with my father, he was a walk on wrestler at Sacred Heart so he has taught me plenty on his own. I actually started wrestling my sophomore year and shinned, becoming JV captain and placing 5th in conference. After my sophomore season I fell in love with the sport and wanted to keep going. At first I tried Fisheye wrestling for the spring but due to the price I couldn't continue although it helped a lot. Then I got back into Jujitsu as well as wrestling with Manchester wrestling team because I knew the coach. On top of all of that I now have my dad's old equipment like mats and weight bench and have been training at any free time I have. Now my Junior year I have made captain and have locked in the 157 weight class with a goal of reaching states, knowing that I can because I have beaten multiple other wrestlers in class M‘s And even beaten the #24 in the state at the time.
