I am very hard working and dedicated. I listen well and do my best every day. I may not have qualified for state, but I have only been participating in sports for three years. I have participated in football, wrestling, and track. It is not all about qualifying, more or less, success does not come from winning it comes from losing. Losing provides a motivation to better and improve yourself that winning can not. You will never know how to win if you do not know how to lose also. I have shown mass improvement from my sophomore year to my senior year. I went from a record of 6-28 my sophomore year to a 27-11 my senior year, becoming one of the more dominant wrestlers and athletes in our school. More important than improving my record, I have also improved on my physical and mental strength. I went from 115 pounds bench press my sophomore year to 255 pounds my senior year. If any colleges give me a chance, I can show improvement and good sportsmanship. I have talent and strength and I would love the opportunity to continue my wrestling career and grow more with in the sport as well as myself.
