My name's Kanon Branch. I have been wrestling for just over 14 years now. I am a 2-time state placer with one of those being runner-up last year, and I made it to state as a freshman. I finished my junior year with 40 wins, 80 takedowns, and 43 3-point near falls, and 37 pins. One of my goals for my senior year of wrestling is to win state. I also want to help my teammates excel in their aspects. Another of my personal goals is to excel in the bottom position. I feel like I am excellent on my feet and top. One of my goals in college is not to miss a class or a lecture. I want to finally wrestle with others on the same level I am on in practice. This will allow me to see where I am and how I can better myself in the sport. I want to study sports medicine and become an athletic trainer or physical therapist.
