Wyatt Elam '24 Recruiting Profile

Wrestling has been a constant in my life since a very young age and the experiences I have been able to have not only to make me a better wrestler but also a better leader and teammate. In school, I have competed in state academic competitions and I am enrolled in the most challenging class set my Highschool offers. In athletics, I was elected team captain as a sophomore and this shows that my teammates and my coaches think that my attitude, effort, leadership, and coachability are what they want in a team captain. I experienced a lot of success my freshman season but was not able to finish the season the way I had planned. Through the first two weeks of my sophomore season, I have had thirteen wins and one loss and I am looking forward to the rest of the season. I hope that my academic, character, and wrestling ability proves to you that I am the right candidate for your team.
