Hello my name is Alexander Constantis and I am a wrestler from Miller Place, NY. I began wrestling in the 7th grade and I have wrestled competitively at the varsity level since my freshman year of high school. I aim to compete and excel in wrestling at both the high school and collegiate level.
Although wrestling is my passion I take my academic work very seriously. I hold a 3.6 GPA and have been enrolled in accelerated classes since the 8th grade. I have taken and enjoyed Honors Social Studies, AP World History (scoring a 5 on the exam) and I am currently immersed in an AP US History class. I take accelerated Science and Math classes in addition to the Social Studies classes.
I aim for excellence not only in wrestling and academics, but in all that I do I am unapologetically competitive and strive to avoid complacency. There is no one else who works harder than I do at school, life and in wrestling! Due to the hardwork, dedication and leadership that I have shown I enjoy the privelege of acting as a role model for the younger wrestlers in my town. My commitment to the sport is unwavering and I am always the first one in the room and the last to leave. I leave everything I've got on the mat and I am excited for what is ahead!
