I started wrestling in the fifth grade. Prior to wrestling, I played basketball. I wanted my friend to join the team. His dad, Brian Dolph (Indiana University 85-90) agreed to let him play if I tried wrestling for a year. I never went back to basketball. Brian Dolph (NCAA Champion '90) and his son AJ helped me develop into a competitive wrestler.
I have had the opportunity to work with elite coaches throughout Northeast Ohio. Brian Dolph, Dave and Ryan Riggs, and Jeff Jordan…Working with these coaches has helped shape me as an athlete and as a young man.
I am also very active in the offseason practicing and attending camps, technique clinics, and hitting the gym 5 days a week. In the summer I also wrestle Greco and Freestyle. I represented team Ohio in 2022 in Fargo, ND.
School has not been easy for me due to ADHD/ADD. My grades don’t reflect my participation and engagement in the classroom. As I move into my junior year, I will be putting more effort in my grades in order to reflect my academic abilities.
I am looking for the right opportunity to wrestle at the next level .
