Hello, my name is Tristen Hawkins. I am currently a junior at Conemaugh Township high school in Pennsylvania and the wrestling season is starting right now. I have aspirations to wrestle in college, doesn't matter what level, just want to continue my aspirations after high school. I had a 8-3 record as a freshman in high school and had very little matches because of the COVID-19 pandemic and won districts at 106 as a freshman. My season unfortunately ended that year in regional's. My sophmore year I had a 25-11 record and was wrestling at 113-120 and was 3rd at districts. My season unfortunately ended again at regionals last year where I went 2-2 and was 1 match away from making it to states. In my junior season I had an 35-8 record got district at districts and went 2-2 at regionals being on match away from placing. My current Goals are to win districts again, qualify for states, and come home with a state medal this year. I go to two wrestling clubs, All American in Latrobe, PA and The Shop in Berlin, PA. I'm very flexible about what weight to wrestle in college but preferably 133 or 141. I am a hard worker with a good work ethnic and will be willing to get better everyday to any coach who gives me the chance. Lastly I'm very grateful for any coach who takes there time to get know me and has the chance to recruit me.
Sincerely, Tristen Hawkins
