Jaden Colwell '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jaden Colwell and I'm currently enrolled at Wallenpaupack Area High School. The sport I have a passion for is wrestling, and being one of the lightweights! My best position is neutral and the top referees position.  Wrestling has been a huge part of my life since Kindergarten. Throughout the year I have accumulated hours of mat time.  I have also attended the Lehigh Wrestling Intensity summer camp since my 6th grade year. I've wrestled at Mat Assassins wrestling club under Coach Steve Mytych since August 2019. My Freshman year of wrestling I was chosen for 2nd team  all academic for PIAA District 2.  I respect the people around me and my opponent win or loose.  Something that separates me from the competition it that I'm constantly doing my work in and out of the classroom. I work hard and willing to go out of my way to help others. I feel that I have the mentality to play collegiate sports.
