For as long as I can remember, I have been around the sport of wrestling. At the age of five, I began my wrestling career, and have been competing ever since. I quickly fell in love with wrestling. At that young age, I already knew that this was my sport. I have worked hard to be the best wrestler possible to help achieve my goals. These goals have varied from winning state titles, national titles, beating highly ranked opponents, etc. There have been a number of goals that I set for myself through the years. I have worked hard to improve, and check these goals off my list. One of these goals is to continue wrestling at the collegiate level.
Wrestling has taught me several life lessons, and has shaped me into the man I am today. This sport has taught me the value of hard work, dedication, teamwork, sacrifice, and many more qualities that will follow me throughout my life. These qualities have carried over into the classroom where I have maintained a high GPA. I am looking to continue my wrestling career at the collegiate level, while pursuing a degree in business. Finding a program and coach that will continue to make me a better student, wrestler, and man will be a top priority. I believe that I have what it takes to be an asset to your program both on and off the mat.
