Wyatt Strum vs. F...Personal Statement
Competing in a collegiate sport has always been a dream for me. Ever since my freshman year of high school I've trained my hardest to try and be the best around. My grades and academics are and will always be my first priority for both high school and whatever college I end up choosing. If I'm granted the opportunity to wrestle in college I will shoot to go above and beyond as an athlete and a student in my chosen school.

- I lift 3 days a week. I work my upper body on Mondays, my lower body on Wednesdays, and I do a full body workout every Friday. I try to include abs and core after every workout.

- I do cardio workouts after every lift. Workouts include agility, sprints, distance running, and light weight super sets.
