Coy Edwards '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Coy Edwards, I am a 2022 graduate that primarily plays SS, 3B, and RHP. Baseball has always been a huge part of my life, and it will continue to be for as long as I am given the chance to play. On and off the field I pride myself on my work ethic, in the classroom I work to obtain an above average GPA and taking the hardest courses available. The main piece of my game is hard knock baseball. Fielding I work as hard as I can to make the plays that will get us out of the inning and keep runs off the board. As for hitting I consider myself a very good contact hitter, if the ball needs to be put in play I will get the job done. My favorite part about hitting in my opinion is bunting. I consider bunting a lost art of the game. If the infield is back I will do everything I can to take an easy infield single.
