I am very atheletic. I am also a track and field sprinting and have trained and participated at many track events. I also palyed for my school throughout high school. I love sports. I play soccer and football. Other sports I have participated in are basketball, volleyball, tennis, skating, swimming, skiing, track events, church sports activities, and Tae-Kwon-Do. I am a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. In 2018, I played for the FIFA team-Canada and competed in Fiji. I played soccer for clubs and trained and practiced for over ten years. I assisted coaches and players which helped me develop leadership skills. The opportunity to play on my school football team has taught me the importance of having leadership qualities, and building good relationships. Playing football has greatly benefited me. I know I am stronger physically and mentally because of my ability to play and lead. I learned that as a leader, I needed be an example, to listen, and to encourage unity and teamwork. I learned to be accountable for my words and actions, and encouraged each team member to be a leader himself on and off the football field. Because we were competing against more experienced teams, we lost most of our games. Leading in such challenging times taught me to be strong in times of disappointment, empower each player to do their best, and to celebrate small accomplishments. Since I was six years old, I have been taking piano lessons from Carillon Music Academy. In the past ten years, I have learned to play different styles of music, such as Jazz, Classical, and Pop. Because I enjoy learning, I spend a lot of time practicing and learning the techniques of playing the piano which has helped me learn the importance of learning and practicing techniques in football.
As part of the curriculum, I have performed different types of songs in several settings, for example in recitals, concerts, and performances that are adjudicated, on different pianos at various locations.
