I'm fully committed to pursuing both my academic and hockey aspirations. There is always opportunity for personal improvement, and I'm committed to continuing both my academic and hockey career. I've been working arduously to achieve one of my childhood desires of playing college hockey. I've developed a reputation on the ice for having a strong work ethic and for wanting to see my teammates flourish. I lead by example, both in the terms of my performance and my attitude. I'm not simply committed to achieving individual success, I also desire to contribute to helping the team as a whole.

I place a lot of importance on education away from the ice. I devote nearly every day to studying in the library since I know how important education will be for my future. This dedication to my education is a core component of who I am. My brother Ryan, who had the chance to play college hockey for John Carroll, is an inspiration to me, and I'm determined to follow in his footsteps. I've seen the positive effects that academics and hockey can have on a person's life, so I'm eager to carry on this legacy.

I've played hockey for more than 11 years, and that time has been crucial in building my character and work ethic. Although I play wing most of the time, I'm adaptable and can play a variety of positions on the ice. I'm always prepared and focused, whether I'm getting out of the zone, assisting my defenseman, or forechecking hard. I'm a fairly big player, and I'm not hesitant to participate in the game's physical aspects. Whether it be fighting in the corners or offering a hard forecheck and backcheck. I fully believe that "Forecheck+Backcheck=paycheck," and I'm prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to win in every aspect of the game. 

I'm a committed and enthusiastic person who is prepared to put in an immense amount of effort to meet my goals in both hockey and academics. My experience in hockey has played a vital role in my life, and I'm committed to improving as a player while seeking academic success.
