I thrive on competition. I look at each race as a new chance to excel, which is the way I meet all challenges in my life. I push myself to the limits every workout, every race, every test and every challenge. Although I strive for my personal best every day; I am also a great teammate, motivator and leader. I have had the opportunity to run in individual events throughout my high school career but decided to run in the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays to help my teammates qualify for state. I am often recognized by my teammates and classmates for being a leader. I have great interpersonal skills and I always strive to make a positive impression and impact on my peers.
