Sierra Richard '20 Recruiting Profile

    My first interest in golf took place when i participated in the first tee program. I found that I was surprisingly good for my age and that it was a really fun game to play. Also my Dad and older brother play golf so I have always played along with them and competed with them.

    Placing 5th at the Midwestern Athletic Conference as a sophomore has been my biggest accomplishment so far. I also qualified for the WPIAL Championship as a sophomore. However I did not succeed in making the cut because I missed it by 1 stroke. That experience has pushed me to be more driven and refocus on my golf game. 

    I am looking for a program that I can make an immediate impact on the team. I am also looking to have a good balance of academics and athletics in the school I choose. I feel my competitive drive, work ethic, character and talent will make me a good teammate and fit to play at any level. Playing two different sports and keeping a high GPA help give me the drive I need to be a successful part of any team.
