I have been playing volleyball since I was ten years old and have always loved the game, aspired to be the best player I can possibly be, and worked my hardest to have the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
I am a defensive specialist in the back row and a middle blocker in the front row. I am very good at reading the court, and I enjoy helping younger players develop this skill. I am a very coachable and versatile player. My coaches have had me play in every position except the libero, as I have been needed to play in the front row every year. At my school I am able to work with junior high and junior varsity teams to develop skills and understanding of the game. My mom is currently my coach and I always enjoy working and talking with her about how I can improve my skills and help my team. Being a part of a team is incredibly important to me. I love being able to support the younger players and also receiving the support from my fellow teammates.
I am open to any colleges that have a criminal justice/investigation program, and my dream would be to attend a college that would be a good match for me both in volleyball and my studies. At my highschool, I study and work very hard to maintain a high GPA and put effort into my schoolwork and grades. I have always wanted to be at the top of my class and I try to work my hardest to be there. My parents have always encouraged me to be the best student I can be. I love to learn, and I will be just as excited to be in a college classroom as I will be on a college court.
I have grown up in a Christian home and I dedicated my life to Christ when I was eight. At church I am in the youth group, choir, and I play the drums in our worship band. I love to help with extracurricular activities such as school plays, orchestra, nursery, and refereeing elementary volleyball and basketball.
