Kemp Swords '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello! I am excited to embark on the chance to compete at the college level. I have been playing football and baseball since I was about five years old. While football is a passion and I have been named all county as quarterback, baseball is my primary love. While playing baseball I received an honorable mention as a ninth grader. As a sophomore I made 2nd team all county and a state honorable mention and as a junior I made 1st team all county. 

I hope to find a college where I can continue to play baseball, focus on earning a business degree and grow in my faith. I will soon graduate from Evangel Christian School, where I have had the opportunity to grow both academically and spiritually. The curriculum has allowed me to see the world from a biblical perspective, deepening my understanding of how faith integrates with every subject. 

While in high school my parents encouraged me to also hold down a job, and volunteer with our local park and recreation programs. It has been a great pleasure watching young athletes grow their confidence. I know children and teammates view me as a leader, hopefully I will be able to continue leading at the collegiate level. I am committed to working hard for whichever program fits me best and trust that God will guide my path.
