Right now i am attending Alma Bryant High School. I am in 11th grade and among the class of 2021. I play varsity baseball. I would like to be an electrical engineer, like my grandfather. My two strongest subjects are math and science. My athletic goal is to go to play baseball in junior college or a four year college and hopefully go to the next level. I have loved baseball since I was little. My strongest position is 3rd base, I have a great reaction time to get field or catch the ball. I also play Pitcher. I am an accurate pitcher, I can hit the spots I need to, but I am not the best when it comes to velocity. I am one of those pitchers that the coaches can trust top put on the mound and throw strikes to help us get out of a inning. I also play 1st base. I am skilled when it comes to picking the ball and stretching out far to get the ball before the runner gets to the bag. My coaches say I have that leadership factor because of how I pick up the team when they get discouraged. I am smart on the field with my decision making in situations, but i am also really smart off the field in my classes. I have a 3.51 unweighted GPA and a 3.95 weighted GPA. I am taking all honors classes and i throw in a couple of those dual enrollment classes like Dual Enrollment History 201 and 202. I am, as of now, in the process of getting inducted into NHS (National Honors Society). Also, i am going to try to get into FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) at my School. In my free time i like to go outside and go to the baseball field and get some extra cuts on the field or in the cages, and i also work on stuff like ground balls, picks, and my transfer of the ball from my glove to my hand. During the off season i like to play basketball at the Bayou La Batre Community Center in the 18 and under league. I also, during school, take a weight training class to help me get stronger. Even during the summer or winter when school is not in session i like to go to the gym and get stronger or go to the field and work on my hitting or my fielding.
