I have been playing baseball since I was seven years old. When I stepped on the mound, I fell in love with the sport I've wanted to play at the college level and play a higher level of competition I know playing at the college level will take time, repetition and everyday work but if that's what I have to do to make it that's what I'm going to do. I have a very strong arm, my defense is very good and I have good footwork. I have elite catching and speed which all helps towards my athletic ability's, I am also a leader that my teammates and younger kids look up to and appreciate. I do whatever I have to do to protect them on and off the field, this sport isn't all about winning its about family and I'm also a very coachable payer, that stays after helping my teammates out I work year round on baseball training. I have participated in travel ball & tournaments. I also played for the West Warriors for 3 years and won 3 championships with the 2 gold. I attributed to the team by pitching a shutout seven inning with no hits aloud and 14 strikeouts in the semifinals my teammates made the plays and that's all I could ask for and in the finals I threw a 7 inning shutout with 1 hit allowed and I hit a double and stole third and home to win the game. In the classroom I maintain a c+ average. I also volunteer at churches, camps and help out with special needs kids during the summer while also studying to be a social worker/therapist as my backup plan. I umpire for the younger baseball leagues and work with the kids on their pitching and field work. I am an all around player I can and have played every position that I am needed at. Pitching and Catching are the main positions but when I can't pitch or catch then I play short stop, or center field. The coaches normally will see where they need me more if the other team is hitting then they put me in the outfield, If they are running a lot on us then I go in at shortstop or behind the plate. My batting to me can use work still but when I get on base I normally get home with my base running.
