Baseball is my passion and one of my great loves. I began playing at the age of 3. Through the years, the game has helped shape who I am today. Baseball has provided numerous experiences that have allowed me to grow as a player and a person. Competing at very high levels and against top competition over the years has allowed me to develop several skills and personality traits that I feel will make me a great asset to your team.
My Dad played baseball at the college level, and with having his leadership and teaching all my life, I feel it has not only given me an edge in my skill development, but also a very high baseball IQ. The game itself and teams I have played on have allowed me to learn how to build relationships and become a great teammate. Baseball has helped me develop a strong work ethic, how to be a self-starter and how to put team first. I am respectful of my coaches and have a positive attitude. I am self-disciplined and regularly train on my own. I pride myself in maintaining a high character and strong moral qualities. Maybe one of the most impactful lessons I have learned from baseball is how to work through and overcome adversity. Learning how to fail and move forward to help my team win has also shaped who I am.
My highest priority is my relationship with CHRIST. Therefore, I strive to always conduct myself to meet the standards that align to my CHRISTian faith.
I am excited to find a school that will allow me to have a well-rounded college experience and provide the opportunities of a great education, to grow in my qualities mentioned above and the ability to follow my dream to play baseball at the college level.
