John Paul Head '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is John Paul Head and I am a 6'0 205 lb C/3B/OF that attends Vestavia Hills High School in Birmingham, AL. Ever since I could remember I have had a ball in my hand whether it was baseball, football, or basketball. My love for being competitive is unmatched. My biggest strengths I have are probably between my leadership qualities and my athleticism. I strive not to just be a great ball player, but also push myself and others to be a better version of ourselves.  There is not a position on the diamond I cannot play. In the fall I also start at QB for my high schools football team. I believe that I have put to much time, effort, and passion into this amazing sport to not play at the next level. If you just watch me run out to my position in between innings you can tell how hard I work, the effort I put in, and how much I love the game of baseball.
