My name is Anthony Maldonado and my first goal in college is to get an education. I am still deciding about a major, but I have interest in engineering and business. My family and I have always been a grades first, sports second type of family all my life. I strive to get the best grades I can.
Baseball isn't just a sport to me, it's my whole life. I'm a 5'10 210 pound power hitter. I am a dedicated first basemen. What makes me really unique is that I bat right handed and throw lefty. I also am a left handed pitcher as well. I would consider myself as a relief pitcher. I train year round with coaches and personal trainers with players edge and Gamers baseball. I have been told that I have D1 bat speed by Houston Astros hitting coach Jeff Albert himself while I was at a training camp. In my career as a first basemen, I have been a part of 6 state championship teams.
Even though I love baseball, my secondary sport is Bowling. I am currently on my high school bowling team and have a current average of 195. I also have been playing golf since I was five. I really enjoy the game and love playing it with my father.
