My goals are to play ball at the highest level allotted to me while continuing my education and if the MLB comes knocking...
2019 SUMMER TEAM - Brooks Bombers WCBL - TIED for 3rd place on leader board for top HR in the league. Current Avg 282 with 8 HR, 1 Grandslam and 8 doubles. I have pitched 3 innings my ERA is zero. I won't be at top pitcher but can help if needed. I haven't been clocked for a while but FB is mid 80's and I throw a curve.
COLLEGE
I am currently a GAP year player attending Driveline Baseball full-time since Oct 2018 in Kent WA. I took this opportunity to increase my overall power and improve my swing for greater success. I was a good hitter but not as consistent as I wanted. I am now averaging 425ft on the HitTrax and my exit velocity is 104 MPH. My POP time ranged from 1.95 - 2.0, but I haven't been clocked recently and I am stronger now.
My grade 12 year I hyper extended my elbow early so did not have stats or a Coach who had a good reference of my abilities to advocate for me, other than for my character. I found my own Jr Colleges, I played 2 years in KS.
I am a Junior this coming fall with GPA 3.7 - 3.8 I'm taking Mathematics and/or Business and already have an Associates Degree.
My PHYSICAL strengths are my arm and bat. As a HS Junior at the 2015 AZ Sr. Fall Classic I had 9 runners steal, I threw out 8 of them. I'm also told by those in the know that my receiving is at a high level.
My MENTAL strengths are I keep pitchers focused & calm and I am highly competitive, playing my best in high stress tight games.
HIGH SCHOOL
My hometown is in British Columbia, Canada, here I played in the British Columbia Premier Baseball League (BCPBL). The BCPBL is an elite level U18 wood bat only league and considered one of the top leagues in Canada. (Same league Adam Loewen, Justin Morneau, Brett Lawrie, Jeff Francis and James Paxton were drafted from). I was rostered as a starting catcher on a BCPBL Sr/Varsity team from my Sophomore year on.
