- 6/24/20 6-foot, 175-pound lean frame with some projectable strength, some present athleticism. Started in a balanced open stance with a low tight load, then used a controlled stride to start his swing. Bat speed is quick, displays short level swing plane and high finish. Found a few barrels with loud contact. Up the middle approach. Delgados best exit velocity was 84 mph. Above average glove in the infield that projects more at a corner, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; has a natural exchange, consistent fluid feet and sure hands. Ran a 7.5 60-yard dash. Fields the ball out front with some range. Accuracy to the bag, used a low ¾ slot with a short arm action.

- Xavier Delgado is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Laveen, AZ who attends Pinnacle. Large frame with a broad chest and a strong build. Ran a 7.44 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary shortstop. Fields out in front with a funnel in. Clean footwork to and through the baseball. Moves well showing range in each direction. Throws from a compact three-quarter with the ability to change slots on the run. Throws topping out at 80 MPH. Righthanded hitter with an upright and open stance. Utilizes a simple leg lift trigger for timing. Loose hand path to the ball on a line drive barrel plane. Primary looked to work the middle of the field with some control of the barrel. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a simple side step delivery into a leg lift above the belt. Lands in line down the mound staying balanced throughout. Medium arm action in the back and into a three-quarter arm slot. Mostly straight with the fastball showing occasional cut when getting around it topping out at 79 MPH. Very good student as well.
