Cole Somers '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Cole Somers.  I attend The Baptist Preparatory School in Little Rock, Arkansas.  I am in the class of 2021.  I currently have a GPA of 3.5.  I play third base and I am a right handed pitcher.  I am 5ft 8in tall and weigh 150 pounds.  I have played baseball since I was four and it has always been my dream to play college ball and one day coach.  I currently coach a 12 year old baseball team in the fall.  I am extremely dedicated to the sport and work out and train everyday even during the summer. I accepted Christ at an early age and He has influenced who I am today along with my parents.  

I have learned a lot about myself through playing baseball.  I have learned that I am determined, a hard worker, a leader and a team player.  My goals for high school are to have a GPA of a 3.5 or above and to challenge myself by taking harder courses since I attend a college prep school.  My goals for college are to maintain a high GPA and to work hard to achieve my goal to be a doctor or a college baseball coach. 

I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds and what direction the Lord takes me.
