G. Allmendinger B...Personal Statement
Baseball has been my passion ever since I can remember, and I've always told myself that I'm going to play this game as long as I possibly can. I'm a great candidate for any team because every day that I step on the field, you know that I'm going to give you 100% effort. When I'm passionate about something, it's important to me to make sure to get it done the right way. I take pride in the things that I'm passionate about. I've learned that the work you put into something is what you'll get out of it. I also have a really strong work ethic and am very disciplined. In addition to my normal day to day baseball practices, I put in around 10-15 hours per week with additional private lessons for pitching and hitting, doing Driveline and long toss, additional hitting on my own, as well as working one on one with a strength and conditioning coach four times a week.
