Jordan Zazulak '13 Recruiting Profile

I have played this past season at Sacramento City College and at South Mountain Community College the year before.  Both are highly competitive, Div 1 Junior Colleges, and have enjoyed the development and playing time that these teams have provided.  I am ready to take it to the next level.

As a 6'4" 200 lb outfielder I want to be a contributor on day one to the team.  I have been training with pros and former pro coaching staff, working daily on my skills and conditioning so that I can continue to improve. As a Canadian baseball player with an exceptionally strong work ethic I have been playing in Canada's best U18 wood bat league for the past 3 years.  I have been selected as a  National prospect, identified as a mid-level draft pick and D1 prospect, and am an elite athlete scoring 87.90 and ranking #1 in SPARQ for North America in 2012; Winning a HomeRun Derby and being identified as the 'best team batter' at a tournament this past summer was also a highlight for me last season.

I have just completed my Associate Arts 2 year degree - junior college program at Sacramento City College and South Mountain Community College.  Academically I am a A- college student who wants to learn and explore the Sciences.  Having been educated through the French Immersion school system from K to Gr. 11 I am fluent in both of our national languages.  I want to play ball in a competitive league and obtain a solid education.  I am open to all types of schools in all geographic regions, but have a slight preference for schools located in or near the sunbelt.
