Hello, This Aroo (AJ) Lee. My Korean name is Aroo and my English name is James so I go by AJ.
I am a very laid back person. If you ask my friends what I'm like, they would reply with funny and fun to be around, but sometimes annoying. I am loud at times and crazy. I love cheering from the dugout, cracking jokes (at the right time) and just enjoying life.
The reason why I want to go as far as I can with baseball is because I have a older brother who has autism. I personally love the Pedersons (Joc ad Champ) on the field because Champ seems so happy. Champ and my brother don't have the same disabilities, but they have the same heart for baseball. I want to succeed for my brother so he can come watch all my games and enjoy the sport he loves the most.
I go to a hitting coach named WonJae Choi. He is a Dog Latta's (Justin Turner's hitting coach) partner. For pitching, I am working with Brian Bass.
I go to the gym every morning at 5:30am before school.
I try to do the best I can in school. I was never the brightest kid in elementary through 6th grade. Then I got a good grade on a test in 7th grade. That good grade kind of changed my life. It surprisingly felt really good getting a good grade. After that I started studying for tests, and got all my homework done. Thats when I realized that I am a smart kid and I can get good grades on tests. Every since then I try to be the brightest kid I can be in the classroom.
