Zach Williams '15 Recruiting Profile

                  I have composed this resume to highlight my history, display my current standings, and indicate my future goals. I have been born into a very athletic family. My Great Great Grandpa, Great Grandpa, both of my Grandpas, and my Dad played baseball at multiple levels. My Father played baseball up to the collegiate level but due to injuries became a golf professional. My Mother was a four year starter in volleyball and basketball for a large high school in Fullerton CA. My older brother played collegiate baseball for Harper College in Hoffman Estates IL. My sister just finished her collegiate career at Western Kentucky University with a four year volleyball scholarship. My Father has coached me on several baseball teams. I have competed on inter-state travel baseball teams prior to beginning my high school.

                I am a varsity starter for both baseball and football, and will compete for both sports in my senior year. This limits my time to play on a club summer baseball team, but I have attended multiple college/recruiting showcase camps, and I will continue to attend various showcases and scouting tryouts. I will also attend a Perfect Game showcase and Under Armour Baseball Factory Showcase camp this year. 

                My goals are to play at a very competitive college, or possibly be drafted in the June 2015 MLB draft. I work very hard in the classroom, on the field, and in the weight room. I will continue to improve in all areas and my strength has tremendously improved through football workouts. I will represent your university with great pride!
