Connor Loper '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Connor Loper and I am a student at Pleasant Valley High School in Chico CA.  I am a graduating senior this year in the class of 2023. Some of my current goals for my baseball career are to play at the college level and my long term goals are to play baseball professionally. I have played this sport my whole life and I respect and value every part of the game. While playing the game, I have learned many skills to improve my ability as an athlete, but I have also have improved my communication and leadership skills on and off the field. Things that make me different than the average student athlete is my discipline and dedication. I take my training very seriously and I never waste any opportunity I get to perform on the field. My love for this game drives my motivation to succeed and get better everyday, whether that be in the classroom, the gym  or on the field. I take a lot of pride in my school work and I was raised in a home  where I was taught that academics and education come first, or no baseball at all. So I work hard to do my best in all my classes and once I have done that, then I go to the field and continue to work just as hard.
