  • COMMENTS 2/06/21 Body: 6-2, 160-pounds. Very long, lanky and agile frame with athleticism there and space for more. Delivery: Side steps into a higher knee lift. Its a tall and fall type of delivery as he drops into rubber and pushes off towards home. Steps slightly closed (3B side). Decent stride length and extension as he moves efficiently down the mound. Firm front leg at landing allows for good energy transfer. Arm Action: RH. Fluid, full arm circle in the back. Comes out loose and whippy out of the H 3/4 slot. Slots his CH/CB higher than his FB/SL. FB: T81.8, 77-81 mph. Located to all quadrants of the zone. Showed some swing and miss up. SL: 65-68 mph. More Slurvy break, tight and short; decent horizontal break. Effective as a chase pitch. CH: 70-74 mph. Consistent arm speed on the pitch. Nice armside fade/tail.

  • 10/04/2020 - Official College Recruiting Membership - San Bernardino, CA This 2024 graduate is a special player. With long levers and an athletic frame, Yang looks the part. Honestly, this kid could play anywhere on the field but with the ball exploding out of his hand, he has a high ceiling on the bump. All four pitches he threw showed life with solid command. At 3B, he displays comfort with soft hands and his follow-through adds carry through his target. At the plate, he gets great rotation and uses the whole field. Already hitting the ball off the tee at 86mph. Bryan is one to watch.

Some room to clean up mechanics. Impressive overall for an incoming freshman. Arm: 76 mph. High 3/4 arm slot. Can change arm angles when needed. Accurate with carry on his throws. Hit: Athletic, wide base. Quiet pre pitch set up. Starts with bat rested on shoulder with a weight shift to his back side load. Small hanging leg kick allows weight to transfer forward with swing initiated at foot strike. Showed power potential to both gaps with a quality round of BP. Efficient hand path to the ball with a shoulder high finish. Power: 88 mph via TrackMan Run: 7.39, Laser Timed. Delivery: Starts for left on rubber. Clean, quiet delivery with high peaking leg kick. NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
