Dylan Garcia '24 Recruiting Profile

Baseball has been a part of my life since I could walk, with my dad who was a collegian baseball player and my uncle, who played for the Giants organization. I discovered my true love for baseball when I joined a travel team at 9 y/o. Travel ball helped me explore my strengths and weaknesses.

I play P, C and OF, but I love pitching the most and I’m working hard to maintain my arm health at Beimel Elite Athletics, which focuses on full body training, improving velocity, mechanics and strength.

This past semester was challenging, but I've adjusted to this new way of learning and am dedicated to earning my usual honor roll status. I also look forward to volunteering in my community at Mychal’s Learning Center, a nonprofit that supports youth and young adults with developmental disabilities.
