Ryan Brown '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Ryan Brown. My goal is to work hard in both school and on the field in order to play the game that I love at the college level, while also pursuing a great education. I primarily stand out as a left handed pitcher, but can also play outfield and first base, as well as hit. My coaches growing up always taught me to be a coachable, versatile athlete. I believe that the biggest assets that I carry are my arm strength, pitching ability, mental toughness, competitiveness, and baseball IQ. I also pride myself on being a good teammate to those that I play with. From playing baseball almost all of my life, I have learned so many life lessons that can be used both on and off of the field, which have helped me to become a better athlete, as well as a better person. I take my education very seriously, as it is a top priority for me, given that I currently have a 3.97 unweighted GPA. I want to continue to work hard in school, in the weight room, and on the field with the aim of playing baseball at the next level and pursuing a great education.
