I am a 6' 1" 185 lb Catcher/Corner Infielder/Outfielder from the San Diego area. I have been playing baseball since I was 4. My Junior year is in progress and I played football. Our baseball season has just started. My priority is now and has always been baseball. I am the first player to arrive at the field and the last to leave the dugout. Outside of practice, I spend 1-2 hours a day 5 -7 days a week in the batting cage doing tee work, short toss, and live pitching. I was a direct select for the 14u USSSA Western team. During the 2019 USA 15U Western Team Championships, I batted over .460 and my OPS was 1.303 in 6 games. In my Freshman year at Christian High School I played on the Varsity team. My stat line was 500/714/1214. As a Sophomore, I played 4 positions (C, 1B, RF, CF) and our team won San Diego CIF Section Division III Championship. We went on to be the California State DIII runner up.
I am looking for an institution where I can balance my time on the field with my academics. I would like to pursue a University with a good academic reputation and a degree in Business and Communications. Ideally my athletic environment would be one where I can make an immediate, positive impact on the team. I see myself as a solid prospect and will consider any and all opportunities including DI, DII, NAIA, and DIII schools.
