As long as I can remember from the young days of tee ball, to me now going into my junior year at Laguna Beach High School, California, Baseball has always been a big part of my life. The sport calls for competition, intensity, brother ship, wits, on top of all the other things i could list. It is these things that drive my passion for this sport even more. It helps teach friendship and builds bonds, as well as working hard and a strong work ethic. As a pitcher myself, I have to be a good leader for my team on days I throw, and no matter what I am playing on the field working hard and putting in full effort is a must. Throughout my high school career I have not only pursued my athletics, but have pushed myself in schooling. Last year I challenged myself with AP and Honors classes, and ended that year with a 3.7 GPA. This year I am pushing myself as well by taking more APs and more Honors classes, as well as pursuing my high school varsity career. My goals from here are to go on from high school and attend a four year degree college where i can get good academic schooling where I am also a part of that schools baseball team and family.
