My name is Judah. One of my many dreams is to compete to earn a spot on a college baseball team. I first started when I was 8 year old. I wasn't very good but after playing for 3 years found myself on a travel team. I had my first real taste of competitiveness and I loved it. I wasn't very good for an 11 year old but I had fun. Flash forward I joined the all stars team in 6th grade (2016). The team ended up being disbanded when I had reached late 9th grade because most people went on to play High School. In the end I wasn't able to play High School because my school doesn't have one but I still play recreational. I think I would be a good candidate for a team because I am very passionate and competitive. In my daily life I see myself competing with those around me (in a friendly manner) whether it be grades or sports etc. I have lots of fun competing and I think that's the most important part of baseball, to have fun. Most players I know get in their heads over a bad game or bad plays but I believe that as long as you see what you did wrong on the field and walk away knowing what to change, you will genuinely have fun and improve.
