Trey Brooks '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Trey Brooks. I am 17 years old (6'1 145lbs). I graduate in the class of 2021. I love playing the sport of baseball and would be thrilled if any college were to give me a chance to play for them and show my unique skillset. My parents were both very interested in sports, my father played professional football and is now an NFL analyst(Bucky Brooks) who helps me with my strength and speed training..I play any position in the outfield and use my speed as an advantage. On the offensive end, I make consistent contact and use my speed once again to gain an advantage and try to get on base in any way possible. I do not hesitate to lay down a bunt or take a free base if the catcher bobbles the baseball and cannot control it. On the academic hand, I attend Windward School in Los Angeles(private). Windward is nationally seen and ranked as a very good and unique middle and high school. I take a mix of AP Courses and Honors courses during my senior year and currently have a 4.17 GPA.
