Varsity Strikeout Leader 2023 & 2024
Hello, my name is Noah Bowers, Class of 2026. I go to Lynbrook High School in San Jose, CA. Which is one of the top Academic schools in the entire country. My GPA is 3.8. I'm currently a Junior starter on Varsity. My main position is RHP. My secondary position is utility Infielder. When I'm not pitching, my coach regularly plays me at 1B, 2B, SS, and 3rd. I can play anywhere in the infield.
As a pitcher, I have excellent command and control of all my pitches. My fastball has a lot of natural movement and I can consistently hit my spots and throw strikes with all 4 of my pitches. (Fastball, 12-6 overhand curveball, slider, changeup).
I am one of the top strikeout leaders in my entire Varsity league for the last 2 years.
My Grandpa was a semi-pro pitcher and he and my Dad have always taught me that pitching is an art form. It's not only about maximum velocity and spin rate but true pitching is about hitting my spots, movement, and keeping hitters off balance. This strategy has led me to be one of the top strikeout leaders in my Varsity league 2 years in a row.
Currently, I'm open to colleges in all states and all divisions. I'm interested in studying statistics, data science, mechanical engineering, or business/accounting.
My goal is to play baseball at the college level because I love baseball and I want my baseball career to continue beyond High School. My goal of playing college baseball is what inspires me to work hard and be the best player I can be, at all times. I'm a very coachable player and I'd love to join a team where I can contribute to the team on day one.
