Annie Zeng '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Annie from the class of 2022 and I'm on the varsity basketball at Lynbrook High in San Jose, CA. Growing up, I loved playing sports and would always find time to be active. I was introduced to basketball in second grade and immediately fell in love with the game.

Currently, I am a starter on the Varsity Team. In my junior year, my team was the first seed in Division 2 for playoffs and we won CCS Championship. In freshmen year, I was a starter on the JV team in 9th grade and proudly won the MVP award that year. I also won the All-League first-team award that year.  In sophomore year, I was the only sophomore that made the varsity team. That year, we made it to the first round of CIF and we were also 8th seed in CCS Open division. 

Off the court, I am also a hard-working student. In addition to my 4.0 GPA,  I've enjoyed learning and I immerse myself in positive learning environments to continually push my intellectual boundaries. I have also taken multiple AP and Honors classes to maximize my education. I am also a part of my school's marching band, playing in the front ensemble as a section leader.
