I have always been engulfed in sports, whether that is playing in the backyard with my dad, performing on the baseball field, or watching highlights on YouTube. Nonetheless, sports have always been a part of my life, and I would like to keep it that way. I would love to continue my baseball career until I can no longer play. I have loved baseball since I first stepped on the field. I truly am devoted to the sport, and I demonstrate that though my academic efforts, and through my character. I am the type of person to always give 110% of myself to anything I am doing. I always hold myself to a high standard, a standard of always possessing sportsmanship and integrity, having compassion, and most importantly, loyalty.
My coaches consider me to be a utility player: SS/2B, in addition to OF.
Throughout the past year, COVID eliminated our ability to go to school, play sports, see some of our family and friends. Although my ability to play and compete against other teams was far out of reach for quite some time, I continued to work hard through the COVID season and was able to maintain my comfort on the field. Now that things are slowly returning to normal, I am very glad I was able to continue playing.
