2023 Spotlight Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Dylan Ramsey and I am a 6’1 180 pound 2025 grad out of Westlake High School in Southern California. I am a RHP. Every time I step onto the field I play hard. I have a severe passion for the game and I thrive in pressure situations. Baseball has always been a big connection in my family and I would love to continue to have them watch me play college baseball, and hopefully further on.
My Junior season my team was filled with talented seniors and it was a struggle to find innings. When I got my opportunities I thrived and finished the year with a 2.00 ERA and can't wait to start my senior year.
I have always been known, by all of my coaches, to be the hardest working player on any team I've been on and will continue to play that way at the collegiate level. Thank you for your time.

- This club is ran by Rick Allen, he was formally with the Prates origination and now with the Reds. We play weekly at various collages against other scout teams. We also play in showcases and high level tournaments like PG and Five Tool .

- Dylan Ramsey is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B, SS with a 6-1 179 lb. frame from Agoura Hills, CA who attends Agoura. Medium, athletic build with long limbs that can fill out at the next level. Ran a 7.42 in the 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher, works from a high three-quarter slot from a steady delivery. Commanded the fastball well and mixed in a quality fading changeup. Slider and curveball both have distinct shape, mixes tempos and showed feel for his mix. Also showed a strong arm in outfield and infield drills. Fields it well on a hop and shows the pocket early. Good arm path and carry to throws. Right-handed hitter, open stance and moderate leg kick. Creates extension out front and looks to work the barrel through the middle of the field. Easy hands and showed solid power to the pull side when squared.
