I aspire to play soccer in college to the highest degree while at the same time work hard to achieve my educational goals. I have been playing soccer since I was three and my passion for the game has grown exponentially over time. I am an outside back determined to win the ball and strategically distribute it. I currently start for the Varsity Team at Westlake High School and have been on the Varsity team since I was a freshman. Even when I have faced the challenge of Osgood-Schlatter disease I worked hard to continue to keep playing and stay fit so I could be on the field as much as possible. My GPA is a 3.76 unweighted and a 4.3 weighted. I work hard to do my best in school and want to combine the best of my physical with the best of my mental. Academically, I enjoy biology and have an interest in potentially pursuing a career in biotechnology. Applying my competitive spirit to fighting diseases that have no cures is a long term goal. Blending my love of soccer with my interest in science is what I am seeking in a college that will challenge me.
