I have been playing sports for my entire life, but baseball has been the sport that has stuck with me the longest. It has taught me great life lessons, like dealing with failure, being resilient, staying composed under pressure, and always believing in myself. I am a very coachable player, and I am open to all kinds of feedback on my game. The quality of my leadership is reflected in the high standards I set for myself, and the expectations I hold for my teammates. A great fit in a college would be somewhere that suits me on the field but also in the classroom. I am looking for a program that will challenge me and push me to my limits. I know the amount of work that goes into succeeding on the baseball field, and that it is the work put in behind the scenes that wins championships.
