Zachary Healy '19 Recruiting Profile

As far back as I can remember, baseball has always been a passion of mine. I have been playing since I was 5 years old and play just about year round. During the off season I train to become better than the season before. I have always had a leadership quality that teachers, coaches, teammates, and friends have come to respect. I have risen above adversity attaining goals through hard work, drive, determination, commitment, support from my parents, and above all else my faith in God. 2 of my goals have already been accomplished through my junior year of high school. First, being a captain of the baseball team and second starting at the varsity level since freshman year. I am a doubles hitter and I led my premier team in triples this past season. On the field I am reliable and my teammates can count on me, whether it be a bad throw, picking them up, communicating with them, or celebrating with them. I will continue to work at baseball as along as I am blessed to play.
