- PBR Event write-up for 8/12/20 5-foot-7, 155-pound switch hitting catcher and infielder. He ran a 7.5 sixty at the event. The skill set behind the dish is solid, he threw 66 mph with a pop time of 2.12. The feet can continue to improve during the transfer and he can soften the glove during the receiving of the ball. During the infield portion of the workout, the glove and feet work appropriately as he gets through the baseball. He threw 71 mph across the diamond during the infield portion of the workout. The bat has an exit velocity of 79 from the left side and 83 from the right side. The left-handed setup is wide in base, the front foot dives into the plate as the swing is produced. The path is slightly uphill through contact. The right-handed setup is wide in base and the front foot gains ground to the ball as the swing is produced. The path is slightly uphill and the hands work freely Exit Velocity L-79/R- 83 mph INF Velocity- 71 mph Catching Velocity- 66 mph Pop Time - 2.12
