My name is John Griffin and I am a right handed pitcher and shortstop at Tolland High School. I am a Junior in high school, graduating in 2020. I’ve been playing baseball since I was four, and at the age of 11, I fell in love with pitching. Pitching has opened a lot of opportunities for my baseball career, allowing me to play and compete at a higher level than I ever imagined I would. These opportunities that I have been given, due to all the time and hard work I put in throughout the year, have made me a better player and most importantly a better person. Pitching means a lot to me, and being able to pitch at the next level would be a dream come true. The friends I've made throughout my career have helped and pushed me to be the best player and person I could possibly be. I look forward to making new friends wherever I am able to play after high school.
