My aspiration for college is to study criminal justice. My goal is to find a field I can make the biggest difference. I am a good candidate for your team because I am serious, coachable, a team player and love to win. I maintain my composure and always professional. I am the hardest on my self and driven to always be better. I watch and learn from my opponents. I read pitchers and hitters well. Being a catcher I think that is most important as it helps me call the best pitch assisting my team in winning games. I communicate plays well directing the field during the games. I like to focus and watch the pitchers so when I get up I know what’s coming. My family always says I persevere with whatever is thrown at me. I broke my arm at the end of my freshman year. I went to every practice, game, tournament and supported my travel and high school teams. I caught bull pen with one arm. My sophomore year of HS not released to throw yet but I was able to hit completing the season with a .318 and a QAB of 54.55%. I have worked hard through the past 1.5 years and increased my arm speed 7 miles an hour over the winter. I am now back in the line up as a catcher. Summer 2023 I will be attending many college showcases with my MVPNewEngland team which I am very excited about. I hope to see you there!
