Ryan Waldschmidt '21 Recruiting Profile

As a person, student and athlete, my goal in life is to give all that I have and then find the strength to give more.  I work hard to achieve success in everything I do in life, never making excuses when things don't go as I plan. Instead, I work to learn from the circumstance and use that to help be a better person, student and athlete.. My goal is to attend a college that will afford me the opportunity to grow and learn as well as continue to play the best sport on earth; baseball! 

I believe that I am a leader and I strive to lead by example. I believe that no one player is responsible for a win, or a loss but each player has a responsibility to leave it all on the field.  

I am not afraid to work harder than my body thinks I can, study more than my mind thinks I can, and be a better person than I am expected to be. 

Growth has no limits, I am committed to doing what it takes to exceed every goal that I set for myself.
